Applications

 

Application:

Though especially brightness of the product series of PVC and polystyrene, fluorescent whitening agents can also be used in brightening other thermoplastics as well as coatings, ink, synthetic fibers, etc.

Aplication Methods:

Optical brightener FP-127 in every 100kg material:

1. Polyvinyl chloride: white: 10~50g, transparency: 0.1~1g
2. Polystyrene: white: 1~50g. transparency: 0.1~1g
3. ABS: 10~50g

2.Storage:
It should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature.

Maintain a low humidity environment (20%-70% recommended) to prevent the product from moisture deterioration.

Ensure the package is sealed during storage to avoid external contaminants.

Keep away from open flames, hot objects and chemical pollutants (e.g. grease, acids and alkalis).

3.Transportation:
During transportation, the package should be kept upright and avoided to be put upside down, exposure to direct sunlight or humid environment should be avoided, the package should be carried and put down gently during transportation, avoiding violent vibration or impact, avoiding high temperature environment, and it is recommended to be transported at room temperature (5°C to 30°C) to prevent the product performance from being damaged.
