Product Description

High-purity fully refined paraffin wax with a melting point of 52-68ºC can be customized. The oil content is ≤ 0.5%. It is available in block/plate form and is widely used in candle manufacturing, cosmetics, food packaging and industrial fields. It complies with FDA food-grade standards and supports ISO certification. It is packed in 25kg bags and is directly supplied from our Chinese origin factory.

Application 

Candle manufacturing: Ideal main wax or additives provide excellent burning performance, smooth surface, good pigment/scent carrying capacity, and low smoke and low ash characteristics, creating high-quality candles. 

Cosmetics and Personal Care: Used in lip balms, skin creams, hair wax, hair removal wax, etc., they offer excellent consistency, luster, stability and skin feel. 

Packaging and Coating: As a moisture-proof coating for food-grade paper packaging (such as milk cartons, paper cups), as well as a coating for fruit preservation, it is safe and effective. 

Rubber and tire industry: Used as physical anti-aging agents and processing aids to enhance product performance and processing efficiency. 

Wood and panel processing: Used for waterproof impregnation of fiberboards, particleboards, etc. 

Industrial lubrication and demolding: Provides temporary lubrication and demolding protection. 

Others: Matches, ink, electrical materials, handicrafts, etc.

Packaging & Shipping

 

1.Packing:

Block wax: 25 kilograms per bag (PP woven bag lined with plastic), stacked on pallets (usually 1000 kilograms per pallet).

Sheet/Granular Wax: 25 kilograms per bag (PP woven bag lined with plastic) or large packages as per customer requirements (such as ton bags/Big Bag)

2.Storage:
Please store it in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep it away from heat sources, fire sources and strong oxidants. 

Avoid direct sunlight and rainwater exposure. 

Ideal storage temperature: Below 40°C. In hot seasons or areas, it is recommended to use air conditioning or ventilation facilities. 

Stacking requirements: The recommended stacking height for block-shaped wax is no more than 10 layers, and for sheet/pebble-shaped wax, it is no more than 5 layers to prevent deformation of the lower layer packaging.
